About Me

Jerica is a psychological associate with over 12 years of experience in clinical psychology. She specializes in working with children and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, and chronic stress, and utilizes psychological evaluation and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support meaningful growth and resilience.

Jerica earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from UNC Asheville and her Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Western Carolina University. She also holds certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Jerica is deeply committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Throughout her career, Jerica has worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and anxiety and mood-related concerns. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach to care and values collaboration, working alongside families to cultivate lasting change and continued success.

When Jerica is not working with families, she enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones, traveling, and staying active. She is also deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, human and civil rights, and juvenile justice reform, and values contributing to efforts that promote equity, wellbeing, and positive change in the community.
