OUT-OF-NETWORK PLANS
If your plan isn’t listed above, we can still help. We file to most other insurance plans on an out-of-network basis, and we can assist families in exploring single case agreements for in-network status with their plan. We also offer some discounts for self-pay services. (Note: out-of-network plans are not accepted for ABA services.)
VERIFYING YOUR BENEFITS
Please contact your insurance carrier to verify your benefit information. Information provided during verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment; there are often limitations and exclusions to plan benefits, and coverage is not determined until the claim is received and processed by your carrier. Copays, deductibles, and non-covered services are due at the time of service.
While we are in-network with most plans under the carriers listed, there may be plans administered by these carriers in which we are considered an out-of-network provider – for example, EPO plans or hospital-system-only plans (Novant-only or Atrium-only). As a subscriber, you are responsible for confirming network status with your insurance carrier.

NO SURPRISES ACT – GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call our Client Accounts Team at 704-332-4834 ext. 153.
