About Me

Sydney is an energetic and dedicated RBT with over 6 years of experience in ABA. With a commitment to play based-based early intervention, Sydney strives to empower children and families to achieve their goals.

Sydney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brevard College and holds a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Sydney has worked with a wide range of clients, including those with autism spectrum disorder, emotional-behavioral disorders, and developmental delays. She takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy and believes in the power of collaboration.

In practice since 2020, joined C&FD in 2023.

Outside of Work

Sydney enjoys hanging out with her niece and nephew on the weekends. Right now, she’s currently a graduate student at UNC Charlotte in their special education program.
