About Me
Sydney is a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with more than 6 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is dedicated to play-based early intervention and focuses on helping children and their families reach meaningful goals.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brevard College and is certified as an RBT. Sydney is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every client feels valued, understood, and motivated to grow.
Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with autism spectrum disorder, emotional and behavioral challenges, and developmental delays. Sydney takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy and strongly believes that collaboration is key to achieving lasting progress.

Experience
In practice since 2020, joined C&FD in 2023.
Outside of Work
Sydney enjoys hanging out with her niece and nephew on the weekends. Right now, she is a graduate student at UNC Charlotte studying Special Education and Child Development with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, set to graduate in May 2027.
