About Me

Natalie works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, offering a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change. Her approach is compassionate, flexible, and grounded in building strong therapeutic relationships.

She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates play-based interventions, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, expressive arts, and the Gottman Method to meet each client’s unique needs. Natalie has experience supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use and recovery, relational concerns, and life transitions.

Natalie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

When Natalie isn’t working with families, she enjoys working out, reading, spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, and taking spontaneous trips.
