About Me

Erin is a compassionate and fun-loving physical therapist practicing in pediatric physical therapy since 2007. Erin enjoys meeting each child where they are and working towards functional mobility and client/family driven goals. Her continuing education has focused on manual/myofascial techniques, aquatic therapy, reflex integration, neurodevelopmental treatment, adaptive equipment management, motor planning/praxis work, and use of electrical stimulation to facilitate tonal change.

Erin attended the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for both her undergraduate and both graduate degrees, most recently a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2009. Go Heels!

Erin enjoys treating children with neuromuscular presentations both genetic driven (ie -Down Syndrome, muscular dystrophy, muscular atrophy) and non-genetic driven (ie -cerebral palsy, spina bifida, post-TBI). She is also passionate about working with clients that need assistance with motor planning/praxis.
Erin believes that each child and family is unique in their needs, unique in their abilities, and has the ability to succeed in their journey. She would love the opportunity to come alongside you in your journey!

Erin loves working with children because she is a child at heart! When she is not in the office or in the pool, Erin is with her family. She is married to an amazing husband and has a fun-loving son. They enjoy time together; riding bikes, hiking, play board games and going on vacations! Erin is active in her community through involvement in her church, participation in volunteer opportunities to give back, and advocacy for children and individuals with additional needs.
