The intro describes “social psychologist Amy Cuddy shows how ‚Äúpower posing‚Äù ‚Äî standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don‚Äôt feel confident ‚Äî can affect testosterone and cortisol levels in the brain, and might even have an impact on our chances for success.”

Dr. Liss believes that it is important for everyone to understand how their behaviors can shape how they feel. One of her favorite ‚Äúpower poses‚Äù is the superman pose, however, if you are not ready for that she suggests that you start by just smiling. Research has shown that the behavior of smiling actually makes someone feel happier.  But don‚Äôt take our word for it, watch this video and learn what it means to ‚Äúfake it until you become it.‚Äù
