About Me

Tiara is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with over 3 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play-Based Therapy, Tiara strives to empower children and families to achieve their fullest potential.

Tiara earned their degree in M.Ed School Counseling from Liberty University. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Tiara has worked with a wide range of clients, including those with ADHD, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder and takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy. She believes in the power of collaboration and enjoys working closely with families to ensure long-term success.

When Tiara isn’t working with families, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walk and talks around the neighborhood, going to the movie theatre, shopping, and completing art projects. She is also passionate about advocating for school-based supports mental health advocacy.
