About Me
Nai is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician in the Pineville office. With more than 10 years of experience working with children, she has always been passionate about supporting children. Nai especially enjoys incorporating learning through play and values the opportunity to continuously learn and collaborate with a supportive team.
Nai began working with children in 2014 while attending McDaniel College, where she worked as a staff member at a Boys & Girls Club. As a Social Work major, she also completed an internship under the guidance of a crisis counselor at an alternative school for adolescents.
After graduating from college, Nai returned home to Virginia, where she worked in a residential setting from 2018 to 2023 with clients ranging in age from 9 to 17. In 2023, Nai moved to North Carolina and began her career in ABA.
Throughout her time in ABA, Nai has supported and helped launch programs focused on early intervention, school readiness, social skills, activities of daily living, and vocational skills for teenagers and adults. These experiences have strengthened her passion for helping individuals develop meaningful skills that promote independence and success.
Nai believes that collaboration and continuous learning are essential to providing effective support. She is committed to growing her knowledge and skills in ABA so that she can continue to provide the highest quality of care to her clients and their families.
