About Me
Melanie is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician with four years of experience in education. With a focus on play-based early intervention, Melanie strives to empower children and families to achieve their fullest potential.
Melanie earned her degree in Spanish Education from Western Carolina University in 2021 and her RBT credential from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board in 2025. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
Melanie has worked with a wide range of clients, including those with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, developmental delays, dyslexia, and as well as neurotypical children, and takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy. She believes in the power of collaboration and enjoys working closely with families to ensure long-term success.

When Melanie isn’t working with families, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her cats Cesar and Cleo, going on walks, cooking, going to concerts, and traveling to new places. She is also passionate about mental health advocacy, animal welfare, and human rights.
