About Me

Mary is a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor with almost two years of experience in counseling children and adolescents. With a focus on play therapy, expressive arts therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Mary strives to empower children and families to achieve their fullest potential.

Mary earned their degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir Rhyne University. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Mary has worked with a wide range of clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Depression, and takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy. She believes in the power of collaboration and enjoys working closely with families to ensure long-term success.

Outside of Work

When Mary isn’t working with families, she enjoys going to the White Water Center, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She is also passionate about supporting local nonprofit organizations in the Charlotte area.
