I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families through a holistic and person-centered approach. My experience as a counselor and years of working with children help me to connect with children and adolescents in a unique way to help them explore their unique struggles, especially those struggling with anxiety, depression, or behavioral and emotional struggles.
My approach to counseling is rooted in a person-centered approach, grounded in the belief that real growth happens when you feel seen, heard, and understood. I value that power of genuine connection and create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I also encourage deep attunement to the body -its signals, sensations, and wisdom- because our physical selves often say what words cannot. Together, we work to practice strategies to help your child feel supported and understood.
