About Me
Mady is a thoughtful and experienced BCBA with over 10 years of work in child development and Applied Behavior Analysis. Through play-based early intervention, she partners closely with children and families to support growth in a natural and engaging way. Mady is deeply invested in helping families feel confident, capable, and empowered in supporting their child’s progress.
Mady earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Belmont Abbey College and her Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Mississippi State University. She holds a certification as a NC Licensed Behavior Analyst, and formerly, as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a NC Professional Educator’s License – School Psychologist.
Prior to joining C&FD, Mady spent five years working as a School Psychologist in both North Carolina and South Carolina, where she supported elementary and middle school students with academic growth and positive behavior development. She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional and behavioral challenges, and developmental delays. Mady values strong partnerships with families and takes a collaborative, family-centered approach to support each child’s unique needs.

When Mady isn’t working, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, visiting friends and extended family near and far, going out to eat, and listening to podcasts.
