About Me

Jordan brings over five years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and is dedicated to helping children grow in ways that feel meaningful and achievable for both them and their families. She focuses on building practical skills through ABA therapy that support independence, communication, and confidence in everyday life.

She received her Master’s degree in Special Education and Child Development, with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jordan is a North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and the belief that every child deserves to be supported in a way that honors their individual strengths and needs.

Jordan has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), among other developmental differences. She values strong partnerships with families and caregivers, working together to create strategies that are realistic, consistent, and effective into home and community settings.

Outside of Work

In her free time, Jordan enjoys getting lost in a good book, exploring new places, and spending quality time with the people closest to her. She also cares deeply about animal wellness, supporting small and local businesses, and encouraging children to find and use their voices through self-advocacy.
