About Me
Eliza is an upbeat and compassionate OT with over 6 years of experience. She enjoys working on attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, feeding, fine motor skills and more. With a focus on child-lead therapy, play-based learning, and following a child’s true interests. Eliza strives to empower children and families to achieve their fullest potential in home, school, and community settings.
Eliza earned her doctorate in OT from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia PA (GO BIRDS) and uses evidence-based interventions: The ALERT Program, Handwriting Without Tears, SOS Approach to Feeding. She holds certifications in Learn Play Thrive: Approach to Autism, Talk Tools: Unraveling ToTs: Feeding Speech and Sensory Essentials. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
Eliza works with a variety of skills, including those with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, developmental delays, dyslexia, and takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy. She believes every child has a gift and enjoys working closely with families to promote lasting success.

Outside of Work
When Eliza is away from CFD she enjoys curating her garden, reading, and running. She is also passionate about bringing effective coping skills to family’s hands. She serves as a consultant for COPEKIT.com where she supports development and distribution of coping cards in non-clinical settings. “Come on, let’s play”
