About Me
Chelsea brings 15 years of experience in early childhood education, research, and coaching to their role as an RBT. With a focus on ABA therapy, Chelsea strives to meet children where they are as they learn about themselves and their many capabilities.
Chelsea earned their degree master’s degree in education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a Certified Autism Specialist with additional training in DIRFloortime, Zero to Three: The Growing Brain, and peer-mediated intervention. Chelsea is an autistic educator deeply passionate about supporting young clients in developing a positive relationship with their identity and building skills for self-advocacy.

Outside of Work
When Chelsea isn’t working with families, they enjoy hiking, weightlifting, gardening, and deep diving into astrophysics and mineralogy literature. They are also passionate about collaborating with schools to create sensory-friendly classrooms and serving on the Graduate Defense Committee at UNCG.
