About Me
Brianna is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-led approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered. Brianna especially enjoys parent coaching, supporting families as they navigate behavior challenges, and helping clients work through feelings, anxiety, depression, and life stressors. She believes early intervention is an important part of helping children and families build meaningful skills, strengthen connection, and move toward lasting growth.
Brianna specializes in trauma-informed therapy, client-led modalities, family systems, attachment-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy. Her work is grounded in meeting each client where they are while helping them better understand their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier patterns in daily life. She values collaboration with caregivers and families and recognizes the important role relationships play in healing, emotional development, and long-term well-being.
Brianna earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and has training working with clients across the lifespan. She has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, child and family development concerns, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She brings warmth, curiosity, and intention to her work, helping clients and families develop practical tools, increase insight, and feel more confident as they move through challenges together.
