Child and Family Development is proud to work with NuMotion in Charlotte and Pineville. The company vision is to support individuals in their pursuit of mobility and independence.  

Jessica Turchin MPT, physical therapist at the Pineville office, arranged for a visit to meet with our multidisciplinary team.    

NuMotion provided an inservice on their services and processes to help us all work better together to help children that need equipment to support their daily needs.  With insurance, Medicaid, and Cardinal Innovations Waiver constantly changing, it is important that providers work closely to ensure an effective and streamlined process so people get what they need as quickly as possible.  We learned that, in addition to traditional equipment such as wheelchairs, standers, and gait trainers, NuMotion helps families obtain car seats, shower aids, and therapy supplies such as bolsters, balls and mats.
