About Me
Originally from Western North Carolina, Bailey is a pediatric physical therapist who has been in practice with Child and Family Development in the Charlotte area since 2024. She earned her B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University.
Bailey works with wide variety of clients with diagnoses including, but not limited to, gross motor/developmental delays, torticollis, autism spectrum disorder, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic injuries, and genetic syndromes.
Bailey is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for working with early intervention clients, supporting infants and young children in building strong movement foundations during their most important developmental years. Taking a family centered approach to therapy, she believes in the power of collaboration with families to provide individualized, play-based care to integrate therapy into daily routines, and optimize outcomes.
Experience
In practice since 2024, joined C&FD in 2024.
Outside of Work
Bailey enjoys spending time with friends and family, needlepoint, cozying up with a good book, antiquing, trying new recipes, and snuggling her dogs Drake and Tucker. She also balances work by staying active with Pilates, pickleball, and hiking.
