About Me
Danielle is a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist with over 8 years of experience supporting children and their families. While she has worked with individuals across a range of ages, her primary area of expertise is working with children ages 2–10. Danielle focuses on helping children develop the skills they need to participate more confidently and independently in their daily routines.
Danielle earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University. She has completed extensive training in sensory integration, Zones of Regulation, The ALERT Program, reflex integration, social thinking curriculum, and self-calming strategies. She is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where children feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to succeed.
Since entering practice in 2018 and joining CFD in 2020, Danielle has worked with children with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental delays. She takes a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy and values collaboration with caregivers to support meaningful and lasting progress.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys reading, working out, tackling home projects, and exploring nearby towns and destinations around the Charlotte area. Originally from Rochester, New York (go Bills!), she now lives with her spouse, two dogs, seven chickens, and a fish.
