"Melanie Potock’s Adventures in Veggieland  is perfect for helping our kids learn to love vegetables. This book includes fun ideas for playing with food and getting kids to enjoy vegetables. It has straightforward recipes and ways to get our kids involved in the kitchen. It gives ideas to expose your child to new vegetables with sensory and hands on activities, allows your child to explore the characteristics of each vegetable and expand your family’s vegetable dishes. My favorite activity is the broccoli jungle animals activity as seen below:
