Does your child have a tough time getting along with peers in preschool or at the park?

I am a Speech Therapist at Child and Family Development and am leading small groups for 3-5 year olds who have either typical or delayed language skills but who struggle during interactions with other children.

Kids will meet weekly at our Midtown office in Charlotte to develop greeting, turn taking and social skills, with an emphasis on expressing themselves and responding to others appropriately using “good language skills.”  Kids can practice and model with one another in a safe small group.

These group are ongoing so new kids may join at anytime.  Groups will be formed by the clinician to foster the best language growth.  Times will be determined by clinician availability, and family need.  Families may use insurance benefits or pay privately per session.
