    ADMINISTRATIVE OPPORTUNITIES

    HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST (part time) We are seeking a part-time Human Resources (HR) Generalist.  This hands-on position is responsible for all of our HR functions, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, leaves of absence, employee relations, policy and procedure, safety, and compliance.  The successful candidate will have strong knowledge in these areas and be able to plan and execute independently.    This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional to work a part time, flexible schedule.  You will create and maintain a variety of programs for an outstanding and dedicated team, and contribute to our mission of maximizing the potential of every child. Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • Five years experience as a Generalist, including the healthcare environment
    • Ability to communicate well with diverse groups
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
    • PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred

    PRACTICE MANAGER (full time)  We are seeking a full time Practice Manager.  This is a working supervisor position, responsible for Client Services, Client Accounts, and Medical Records.  The successful candidate will have expertise in each of these areas as well as great leadership skills.  You will oversee and support a great team of 12 providing excellent customer service at both locations.  Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • Five years progressively responsible medical office experience, to include supervisory responsibilities
    • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, including coding, billing, and insurance
    • Strong proficiency in Practice Management applications; Allscripts programs a plus
    • Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems
    • Ability to apply HIPAA privacy and security standards to daily operations
