Parent Boot Camp for School Year Success

Child and Family Development is pleased to offer our first parent workshop that is all about executive function.

Join us on Thursday evening on September 28 from 6:30-8pm at our Midtown office.

Educator Jessica Deling MEd will lead her infamous Mind-Body-Backpack discussion that includes:

PART ONE: LECTURE
Executive Function: What is it and how does it impact kids and adults in thinking, planning and organizing?

PART TWO: RESOURCE REVIEW
Suggestions for technology, websites and printed resources that may be helpful throughout the school year.

PART THREE: JUST FOR YOU
Identify and prioritize areas of need.  Begin to create specific goals for the 1st quarter of the school year.
