Our Mission
Speech/Language Therapy
Oral Motor/Feeding Disorder

Neurological problems that cause a child to have a delayed or abnormal motor development can also affect the quality of oral movement for feeding and for speech. Ability to coordinate breathing with feeding and speech is also strongly influenced by posture and movement patterns throughout the child''s body. Speech, occupational, and physical therapists work together to help the child coordinate breathing with feeding and with speech so that the child will learn to eat safely and to communicate well.
